Power Play is a dynamic, play-based occupational therapy group designed to help children build the skills needed to thrive in kindergarten and beyond. Through movement, sensory exploration, cooperative games, and hands-on activities, children will strengthen executive functioning skills, including attention, flexible thinking, problem-solving, impulse control, and following multi-step directions.
This group focuses on developing self-regulation, body awareness, emotional control, and the ability to navigate social interactions with peers. Children will practice turn-taking, teamwork, communication, coping strategies, and adapting to new challenges in a supportive and engaging environment.
Power Play combines the power of movement, play, and connection to help children feel confident, capable, and ready to take on the next big step: kindergarten!
